In order to register at St. Hugo of the Hills Parish, please complete the Registration Form and return it directly to the Parish Office or by email to Stephanie Sheak at stephanie.sheak@sthugo.org. The Parish Office is open Monday through Fridays 8:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m., Saturdays 9:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. and Sundays 9:00 a.m. -1:30 p.m. We look forward to welcoming you and your family into the St. Hugo Parish community!
Often people may attend Mass for several years, but never register. Registering in a parish is a declaration of your desire to be part of a Catholic community and to make a commitment to the life of St. Hugo of the Hills Parish community. A registered parishioner receives all parish mailings and emails.
Church law advises that territories or boundaries no longer limit parish registration. St. Hugo of the Hills Parish accepts anyone who wants to share in the life of the parish regardless of where they live. However, the Archdiocese of Detroit advises that you may only choose one parish as your home parish. You may be active at as many parishes as you would like, but please choose only one parish as your home parish which will be your parish of registration.
To Volunteer at St. Hugo, please visit our Parish Ministries page to view all of the ways you can participate in your parish.
If volunteering with children, please attend Protecting God's Children. We offer workshops here twice a year. You may register at www.virtus.org. You must also complete a criminal background check. Read here for the archdiocesan policy.
The Catholic Community of St. Hugo of the Hills Parish will continue to evangelize and proclaim the Good News that Jesus Christ is Lord. We go forth as a sacramental parish in faith, hope and love, to serve the family of God, and to grow in our faith.
