Sacramental Records Held at St. Hugo of the Hills
To obtain copies of your Baptismal, First Eucharist, Confirmation or Marriage Certificates, please come in or call the Parish Office at 248-644-5460. Please note, if you are over the age of 18, you must request your own certificate. Parents are allowed to request certificates for a minor up until the age of 18. Certificates cannot be faxed or emailed due to the raised seal necessary on each certificate.
